I don't know why this movie gets slammed by so many bad reviews. Yes, Sandra's character can be annoying, but as my Mother says "that's the way they wrote it."

It is not academy award type stuff, but it is a fun movie with some very funny moments. Bradley Cooper is a likable chap I suppose.

Don't believe all of the negative reviews for this film.

Sit your bad self down. Turn on this film, and watch it for yourself.

"12 Angry Men" it ain't, but it is a great twist on the timeless Godzilla type monster movie. The special effects are excellent. There is real suspense.

If you have never seen this film, do yourself a favor and at least rent it.

I rented it years ago and immediately bought a copy, and I've seen it several times since. I love the story and Jim Caviezel is great as usual.

If you don't like this film, you simply don't like movies that are made to entertain.

Just Like Heaven (Widescreen Edition) (2006)
Actors: Reese Witherspoon, Mark Ruffalo, Donal Logue
Release Year: 2006

I've seen "Just Like Heaven" a couple of times. The first time I was a bit frustrated by the story, but I enjoyed it. The second time, I liked it better but don't expect "Casablanca" here.

It is not your typical romantic comedy. The story requires quite a bit of suspension of disbelief, but it is entertaining. I'm not a big fan of Mark Ruffalo, and he has all of the charisma of a coma victim in this film. Reese is good as always.

Probably not for everyone, but a fun little modern day B-movie.

You can't go wrong with this engaging thriller. I don't want to say too much about it other than...

Watch it.

Milla, and Timothy Olyphant are terrific in their roles.

Roxy Hunter & The Mystery of the Moody Ghost is a 93 minute full length movie as originally broadcast on Nickelodeon. All of the main actors are well above average for a kids cable TV show. It's a shame that only a few of these movies were made, as the cast works very well together.

After moving into an old house in the country, nine year old Roxy gets involved in a spooky mystery. Along with her super smart best friend Max, Roxy searches for clues to save their new home and discover who is behind the spooky happenings. Is it the Moody Ghost or something else???

My six year old loves the Roxy Hunter movies, but be aware that Roxy is not an ideal role model for young girls. She mouths off to her mother, and other adults. She breaks all kinds of rules along the way, but the movie is fun if parents will watch it with their kids and talk about what is going on. After all, it is supposed to be a fun and suspenseful movie... not a church sermon.

I like "Sweet Home Alabama" primarily for the lead actors. Josh Lucas is good, and Reese is always fun to watch.

The story is typical chick flick material that follows the tried and true formula, but could you really expect anything else?

Bottom line: If you like Reese Witherspoon, you really can't go wrong here.
