So I have a trade that the ship date went from 8/22/2023 yesterday, to now saying 8/7/23 today. The requester had several other movies on their list that I had on hold. They said they wanted them and I've been watching those and adding them to the order. The shipment was to go out tomorrow 8/9/23.

What worries me is this. What does that mean? I won't get credits for these movies if I mail them now??? Will I have to cancel all these and re-post them to get freaking credits for my movies? So confused.

Please note: In order to receive DVD credits, you must click below before 8/7/2023 11:00 PM ET or you will not receive credits.

So someone ordered three movies from me. Two DVD's and one Blu-Ray.

They haven't marked the two DVD's as received but Marked the Blu-Ray movie as wrong disc and wrote me this message.

The prompt read "ORDER THIS DVD"; a DVD is what I ordered; a DVD was what I was expecting. But what I got was a Blu-ray version, which I can't play. Credit my account, please.

Every movie listed on SwapDVD has an "ORDER THIS DVD" button, regardless of format so how is that being used against me?

I did not send the wrong request and don't think I should be responsible for losing credits and my movie because I did nothing wrong.

Here is the item I listed and they requested

I'm not sure what to do here. I'm fairly new to this site.

I sent a movie that was requested. It was delivered on Jun 1st. After some time had past, I contacted the requester and asked if the movie arrived in good condition. She replied that they had moved last year but she forgot to update her new mailing address on SwapaDVD so she was hoping USPS would forward the package.

No further tracking info has changed since Jun 1st.

Now the trade has timed out as Lost in Mail.

How do you contact customer service about this? The only links they have is for feedback.

I have the messages between us and the USPS copy of the Label Record/Receipt.
