If the receiver marks a transaction as "Damaged by USPS" do they receive their credit back and get their place back in line? Also, if you mark a dvd received without a problem and later discover there is a problem, can you go back in and change your transaction status. |

Hi Karen, Just letting you know that there is a Discussion Forum specifically for cases and artwork. Also, SwapaDVD has some rules regarding what you can expect when offering your cases. Here is what their rules say (the bold is their emphasis): "You are NOT ALLOWED to ask for anything in return for cases or artwork. Free with order from Tower is okay. This is a rule."
