Winner of 3 Academy Awards including Best Picture. An all star cast of characters with alot of different aspects of racism and disparate treatment. This had some real tear jerker scenes that will get you every single time you watch crash! A must watch!

Just as real life goes..... One thing affects the other. Just shows how one tiny action good or bad can have a rippling effect in life. I loved this movie and I try to remember when I get grumpy or make a choice that my actions have a rippple effect as well. It was hard to watch since it is a drama but truly a lesson for us all.

Outstanding watch, the writing was exceptional, and the story interesting and provocative. The story is about how peoples lives are entangled, we get to see a fair amount of racism from just about every character, this helps keep tension through the whole movie.
Sandra Bullock has an outstanding performance; Don Cheadle gives us another solid performance; Matt Dillon steps it up and gives us a powerful and heartfelt performance. Though truly Michael Pena steals the show with his performance.
This movie is intense, and keeps you guessing, one situation creates another. Very cleaver use of foreshadowing. This is an excellent piece of theatrical artwork.

This movie is amazing! If you like tight, gripping character driven dramas then this movie needs to be in your collection. The way they go deep into each charatcer as their individual lives cross paths, makes for a film that evokes every emotion possible. You find yourself hating, and yet at somepoint rooting for even the most distasteful of characters. I personally love movies where there is no way I can figure out whats coming next, and this one delivers.

This movie is moving and loving and offensive all in one. At what point will you see yourself, because everyone, from every background is portrayed at some point in this movie. Will you be happy with what you see? A great interaction between characters and great scenes throughout. A great movie to watch and fall in love with!

""Crash" tells interlocking stories of whites, blacks, Latinos, Koreans, Iranians, cops and criminals, the rich and the poor, the powerful and powerless, all defined in one way or another by racism. All are victims of it, and all are guilty it. Sometimes, yes, they rise above it, although it is never that simple. Their negative impulses may be instinctive, their positive impulses may be dangerous, and who knows what the other person is thinking?" Roger Ebert

Although it received a lot of good reviews, I found I did not care for this movie. They took what would have been a good story (several, actually) and then proceeded to push it (them) into the audience's face. Everything was spelled out painfully clearly, especially the moral(s) of the story(ies). I don't particularly care to be spoon-fed how I should feel about any given situation. I prefer more subtlety. It was lacking in real artistry. In the end, and overall, it was painful to watch really. And not in a good way...

"this movie is moving in many kind of ways. it just shows you how interconnected we to each other by a simple or a deliberate act. the underlying undertow of racism i felt were handled very well in the storyline. i would reccomend this movie to anyone to watch. i am glad i purchased it instead of renting it because the second time you watch it you really connect all the people in the storyline.i guess the old saying (what goes around comes around) is true."

"This is a complete waste of time and the worst peice of politically correct propaganda garbage you will ever see. If this has any semblance of reality to life in L.A. It's no wonder California is Bankrupt. If you can get through 10 minutes of this film you deserve a medal of some kind, or a Labotomy. I gave it 5 Stars but it deserves a less than zero."

"According to a friend of mine I missed the whole point of the film. I wish I had missed the whole film instead. An accident not even worth witnessing."
