Bodies in Motion 2. The 30 and 60 min workouts. Aerobic Workout Two complete workouts on one tape. Each workout will give you a fat-burning, cardiovascular workout with minimal impact on your joints. Both workouts... more » include conditioning segments for the abs, hips, thighs and arms. The 30 min workout is geared for the beginning level and will prepare you for the 60 min workout which is for the more advanced. Item #102.
"Although this is a low-impact workout (i.e. one foot always stays on the floor), the 60 minute workout is pretty comprehensive. Gilad has an enthusiastic but no-nonsense style which will appeal to those who don't like their workout instructors to be too perky. He spends the first portion of the workout warming up and toning the upper and lower body. Although he's in perfect shape, he even gets sore from the exercises (especially the arm toning exercises) he puts you through. The aerobics portion is basic and uncomplicated, and the music is a bit dated (think early 1990s or late 1980s) but it will give you a good cardio workout. The third portion of the workout consists of a comprehensive abdominal and thigh toning routine. The first time I did this workout, I could barely keep up with the abdominal exercises, but after working out consistently for several weeks, my muscles are strong enough to halfway keep up with one of the ab exercises (they move FAST).
The 60 minute workout really gives you a run for your money if your intent is to get into shape without doing high impact. The 30 minute workout only spends about 8 minutes on aerobics, so it's best done as a starter workout if you've never exercised before or if you're short on time."

"This video is perfect for me because it offers two different low ipact workouts, one for 30 min and one for 60 minutes. Gilad's style and chatter and the beautiful Hawaiian beaches, make this a fun, yet productive workout. If you have any physical limitations that prevent you from doing high impact, then this is the video for you."

"I'm 64, and I do the 30 minute routine five days a week. I was your typical couch potato but decided to take better care of myself. I feel like a new person since I started following this tape. I was thrilled to find a tape that fit exactly what I wanted to do. I"

"I have been following him for 2 years. He was on the Fittv channel then my stupid cable took the channel off. I was lost and feeling terrible. Then I decided to order his DVDs. Now I can get myself back on track here. I lost a lot of weight by following a diet and doing his exercises! I hope to do it again! He is one of the best,in my opinion. I will recommend his DVDs to everyone I know."

"This is a fine, leveled workout, including stretching, aerobics, abdominal exercises and strength training moves (without weights). Gilad takes you through it with plenty of advance cues and tips to help you change moves smoothly, and position yourself properly for optimum muscle and cardiac work. The 30 minute workout is just right for an early-morning, before work routine. The 60 minute version is an extended workout good for weekends. Much better than most of these videos, this is particularly well suited to middle aged fitness buffs."
