OK maybe not the best horror film, but you need to give some credit to a director who is trying something different. Let's face it horror fans...we've pretty much seen it all. Honestly, I love horror films and it's great when directors stick their neck out and think outside the box. I liked the film and hope to see much more work from Tom Six. Also, give his second movie (Human Centipede 2) a chance and check it out. Goes to the extreme that his first film didn't.

What a retarded movie!! Nothing scary about this and the acting is atrocious!! There should be a genre for stupid, this would top the list. A human centipede may be a good idea but we will never know with this film!!

Successful horror attempts to disturb the viewer. This film does that. If you're a fan of extreme horror check this film out. It's not for the casual viewer (if your idea of a horror film is the watered down PG-13 mainstream garbage being released by the major studios stay away).
