I think this is a great intro to Tai Chi, which is what I was looking for. An English man speaks during the demonstration, telling you what to do while Jason Chan performs the Tai Chi. I think it will take a while to get the movements down, but I am willing to invest the time to glean the benefits I've read about. There are two sections and I have only done the one for "health," but that includes a warm up, a short form routine, and a warm down at the end, and all that takes around twenty minutes. There is a demo to watch before the actual workout. For the actual workout, you see Jason Chan from the back so it is easy to follow his movements, much easier than if you were watching him from the front. There is an inset showing close-ups of hand movements, etc., so I feel it is very well done. Lastly, it is not just for seniors, although there is a section at the beginning that addresses accommodations to help elderly people perform the movements.
