Excellent; doable without the stability ball

"I did this workout, WITHOUT the stabilty ball (don't own one and don't intend to get one), and got an excellent workout. I had no problem modifying for non-ball use and appreciated both the "standard" moves (e.g., lat rows, tricept kickbacks) and new/innovative/functional moves that differ from those in the other three OUTSTANDING Tracie Long Training workouts (i.e., Strength in Movement, Better Burn, Better Buns, and Endurance for Movement). Although titled "Finding Your Core," I didn't find the workout particulary core-focused (which may be because I did not use the stability ball). I was compelled to get this workout both because I have been a Susan Harris fan since 1991 when I did my first Firm workout--Volume 1 with Susan Harris--and the other three workouts in this series are PHENOMENAL. This workout, of the four, has the slowest pace and is, at 49 minutes, the shortest. I found it simultaneously challenging and relaxing and plan to "find my core" after each of the other three Tracie Long Training workouts (e.g., better burn, core, endurance, core, strenth, core, and so on). Bravo Susan Harris and Tracie Long Training. Bravo!"
