this is my 1st time using this site to purchase DC# on a dvd being sent out. It was toy story 3 blue ray, it is supoose to be 6 credits, but when i checked my credits after printing and mailing the dvd w/DC i only received 2 credits. will i receive the other 4 credits when it is marked received by the "buyer"?

have disc 1-2, 4-8. the plastic tray that held disc 3 is missing, no upc i believe there was an outer box that held all the fold trays for the discs, 3 credits.

i have the double arm model, not sure what the easy pro version is? i have a 800 number that you could call to talk to someone about it. PM me.

i have a JFJ disc Repair system and it works very well at polishing the discs and sanding them to repair them because of heavy scratches. This is the system that Blockbusters and hollywood videos uses to clean their rental discs. I wouldn't buy one new but check ebay as i have found cheap ones on it.

We understand it is not your fault if the post office loses your DVD. FYI, the top 2 reasons a DVD gets designated as lost in the mail are: 1)too little tape used to wrap the DVD and, 2)mailing the DVD after the reported mail date. how do i send a email to the requestor  that the dvd was delivered and they have to talk to the PO about where it is?

i mailed a dvd with dc and first class on 18 dec?, it didn't arrive by the time stated here and the buyer recieved her credit back, and i received my credit for mailing it, without giving the Dc number to swapadvd, using PM we both checked with the PO and the dc showed nothing other than it had been printed. lo and behold a month later it showed up safe and sound.
