Road to Bali - A classic especially for those that live in the time era of this being made!

On this great duo disc you get to see the four greats as young and feisty stars, at the top of their form, in fun and wit. The Flying Deuces lets Stan and Oliver deal with romance and allure which leads them into a great adventure running from Paris to Morocco where they have to join the French Foreign Legion and it's pretty hysterical from there. Adorable Jean Parker and dashing Reginald Gardiner co-star with Laurel and Hardy. B&W.

Outrageous and cute as the very devil, both Bob Hope and Bing Crosby are vaudevillians, flying for some reason to Bali. Who should they meet but gorgeous Dorothy Lamour, playing a rather odd princess who needs both of them to save her from an evil prince, a gorilla, and probably an active volcano not necessarily in that order. All in gorgeous technicolor. Cameo roles are taken by Humphrey Bogart, Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis, Jane Russell and an unknown, Carolyn Jones, starting her career. Bob and Bing are so much fun you might want to fly out to Bali on the next airliner.
