A New Low Point in Muckraking
Doctor A. | San Diego, CA United States | 08/16/2009
(1 out of 5 stars)

"Just when you think you've seen it all... a new low point in muckraking comes along! This DVD is pure kitty litter -- but will obviously appeal to fans of Limbaugh, Hannity, Beck, O'Reilly and the rest of the lunatic fringe. The DVD invents charges and baseless claims that are so unbelievable it's amazing any thinking person would find them credible.

Despite the "all Monica all the time" scandal, America too quickly forgot that Clinton's eight years in office was the greatest economic growth period in our history. He left office with a $5 trillion budget surplus -- only to have Bush/Cheney turn it into a $10 trillion deficit. In time, history will praise Clinton and finally relegate Bush to the most incompetent and misguided administration in this nation's history. Sadly, this DVD will not contribute to that legacy."
Non-biased opinion

"Disclaimer: I have no political motive for this review and I watched the entire documentary.

This film is organized and well-documented. Notice the large quantity of primary source material and photographs. It explores several angles and examines the different stages of Clinton's life. I watched it with the attempt to find fault and logical fallacy. One of the common threads woven into the events explored is Clinton's attempts to cover his tracks. Dozens of people who could testify against him were killed or disappeared. Some of the material seemed hard to believe so did some digging of my own. The public library is quite resourceful for archival sources. I looked into 4 or 5 cases of disappeared people mentioned in the film and was surprised how accurately they were portrayed.

I knew Bill Clinton had made his share of mistakes but this documentary has helped define the opinion I have of him as a person more than a politician. I will refrain from depicting my political views of Bill Clinton as they are irrelevant to this review.

In summary, I found no inaccuracies or logical fallacies in this documentary and would recommend it to the curious truth seeker.
