Movie Reviews

Burst Angel is Excellent!
Nutmeg | New Jersey | 05/19/2005
(4 out of 5 stars)

"Now I am not one to tell fellow anime fans what is up, but I just have to say Burst Angel is excellent. I am pretty much a fantasy style anime fan but I have a heart for some futuristic mech stlye shows such as this one. The characters and layouts are pretty clean and crisp. The sound is super, even better in surround sound. Something I found interesting was the outakes, you have shots form the episodes with the characters messing up their lines, funny. The collectors box is nice and comes with a cell phone charm, I put mine on my Nintendo DS.. hmm. I hope you decide to check this show out theres alot of good stuff in here so far."
One of my favorite anime series

"Bought one disc not knowing what to expect, next thing I know I have the entire set and a 6 inch Meg figure in my entertainment center... best line " It's not like I get kidnapped all the time" -Meg

Give it a shot, you will enjoy the blend of spaghetti western and futuristic mech fighting along with a few girls in skimpy outfits and maybe even the wussy cook... he's an idiot but apparently he is necessary for the series to evolve the way it did. Hope there's a continuation with the ending the way it was with Meg and Jango, I will be buying that as soon as it comes out!"
