It is billed as an exercise DVD (something that is positive for my wife & I), but the great bonus is that our little guy always nods off to sleep. So nowadays we do the full half an hour video as a family in the evening & have a regular sleep pattern, no more evening drives, exercise for both Mon & Dad & a chance to have fun together.
