Another Great Go Diego DVD!
Michelle | San Diego CA USA | 03/20/2007
(5 out of 5 stars)

"My 2 1/2 year old son loves Diego! We have all of the Diego DVDs and the Dora ones that include Diego. He can't get enough!
This one includes four episodes:

- AN UNDERWATER MYSTERY - This is a new one that we have not seen on TV yet--very cute! Board the rescue submarine with Diego and Alicia to rescue Lucy the mystery fish...and help them discover what kind of fish she is!
- DIEGO SAVES BABY RIVER DOLPHIN - One of my son's favorites. Diego needs your help getting a stuck baby river dolphin out of a puddle and home before he turns pink like the big river dolphins.
- JOURNEY TO JAGUAR MOUNTAIN - Baby Jaguar wants to climb Jaguar Mountain like a big Jaguar. Help Diego and Mama Jaguar race there to see his big climb!
- CHITO AND RITA THE SPECTACLED BEARS - Diego and Dora need your help to find a tree in the Cloud Forest for two young spectacled bears to nest in! Ready for the journey?"
Hidden marketing

"my grandaughter is crazy about Diego and enjoys the DVD. I however have a serious problem with the fact that once you start it, it will not let you access the menu. Your child must sit through 4 or 5 ads for other DVDs unless you want to stay there and manually skip each one. It also won't let you stop the DVD during this time. That is a marketing ploy I very much resent."
Great Diego DVD, but not what I expected...

"This is a great Diego DVD, however I originally ordered it because I thought it was a full length movie, as I had not seen this one on TV. When I got the DVD I realized it was just one of the episodes that had not made it to the airwaves yet. There were 3 other Diego episodes included, but we had seen all of these before. Its a good DVD, but if you watch the TV program as religiously as my son does, it may not be worth the investment for just one new episode."
Great for kids who love Diego!

"My two year old son LOVES Diego and Dora. Although he is speech delayed, Diego and Dora DVDs really get him to interact with the movie...verbally and physically. He talks to the t.v. and stands up and moves the entire time he watches Dora and Diego. This DVD teaches a lot of information about the different animals portrayed, especially the animals' habitats. I have learned some things myself, and I am a science teacher. There are also several opportunities to learn Spanish words. I haven't found a Diego or Dora DVD my son hasn't liked."
