I teach high school math, and ordered this video because it is a favorite of mine and my students. In his unique style, Donald fills us in on the history of math, beginning with Pythagoras and progressing through math topics such as vectors (to play pool), geometry, vibration of musical strings, etc. It clues kids (of all ages) in to the fact that math consists of much more than arithmetic. It is entertaining and has an excellent full musical score. See the reviews at the IMDb site to learn how this video has inspired students for many decades.
