Movie Reviews

Romantic Comedy - Up & Coming Stars - Indie Film
(4 out of 5 stars)

"Getting Personal features two up and coming stars - Michael Landes and Hedy Burress. The chemistry between the two is felt on-screen as you follow their struggle to ultimately connect. The two are supported by their friends - played by Dina Spybey and Michael G. Lewis (also the screen writer)- who both deliver. Their characters provide the comedic flare that keeps you laughing throughout as you find yourself rooting for the leads. The cast is supported by veteran actors Lane Smith, John Shea and Geoffrey Blake - - who all add to the story's flow and believability. Wait until the end to see the final twist! This is a great movie to use, as an example of what an Indie Production is all about. Shot in and around Boston, you can see how Michael G. Lewis, Michael Landes and their director Ron Burrus pull it all together. This movie is worth watching and a "must have" for your Indie collection!"
