"I recently sprained my wrist. When I discovered that the co-pay for attending the re-hab clinic was $50 and the surgeon expected me to go twice a week, I balked. I know, they would have pricey whirlpool baths and probably electro-stimulators etc., but, I thought, I'll just look up the exercises and use hot towels and save $100 a week. While I had already found a lot of useful info on the internet, I decided to try this DVD, thinking that a video may be better than still images found elsewhere. The DVD is pretty good for lay persons as far as the medical detail, and the physician's explanations were informative. However the Physical therapist was hurried in her demonstrations and at several points didn't even follow her own instructions. I bought the tape to get the rehab info! As an aside, what's with the extras? Why did they think they needed 2 other "models" flipping their wrists? Oh well, This DVD isn't too expensive, but don't expect a lot of help on the rehab side. You can find all the important info free online anyway. That said, I am making good progress on my own, without the $50/hr. cheerleaders and the cross town drive."
