I love this band, but......

"I've been an Incognito/Maysa fan since the early Nineties and have been dying for the group to produce a concert DVD. When I saw this I just had to snap it up. I'd glad I did, but I was not blown away as I was expecting. Overall, I felt that this was a solid workmanlike effort, but not up to zip and exhilaration I feel when I listen to the 'Cogs. The big detractors for me were 1) I was expecting a more current show. This DVD is drawn from a TV show recorded ten years ago. The initial advertising failed to mention this. 2) No Maysa!!! It's no fluke that every great Incognito vocal track features Maysa Leak. So whenever they performed a number that Maysa recorded ("Still A Friend Of Mine" for example), I found myself really missing Maysa's vocal presence. 3) The audience was on life support. You have to understand that this show was taped in Germany. The Germans are lovers of great music in all its forms and styles, but German audiences are notorious for not being very animated. It was just odd to see the Cogs working up a sweat and the audience just standing there. Even urging from Bluey or Pamela Anderson didn't move these guys! 4) This was originally a TV show so the sound and production value are not as good as you might find on a true concert DVD. 5) Did I mention no Maysa??

This is a must own for any Incognito fan simply because it is the only concert performance of the group I could find. Hey, Bluey, why don't you get the gang together an do a proper concert DVD!!!"
No Maysa!!

"Nice try, but it's just not Incognito without Maysa. The Incognito musicians are fantastic, but if you're looking for the true feel of the songs, or anticipating Maysa going even deeper into the waters, you will be sorely disappointed by her absence. Sorry guys."
Good One!

"For any real Cog fan this is a must have DVD dispite the fact that this is the only concert DVD they have to offer, this perfomance basically
consist of songs from the 100 Degrees and Rising CD and IMO this happens to be one of if not the best CD from Bluey & the Gang and I have them all.
my only dissapointment was it was simply not long enough but a fine perfomance none the less!"
Excellent Show

"This concert, which was just released, was recorded in 1995 and featured all their greatest hits at the time. It's funny how good music trascends time. The recording and musicianship is sharp although the vocals, at times, seem to be a little off key.

Great performance for anyone seeking the heart and soul intensity that Incognito has provided over the years.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!"
