Movie Reviews

A beautiful trainwreck

"I watch this show every Christmas Eve. Judy is in peak addict form, constantly itching her skin and inappropriately laughing in between nervous ticks. It's like watching a train wreck singing Christmas carols surrounded by special guests. It was filmed a few days after Kennedy's assassination so a bizarre pall hangs over the entire show. If Christmas makes you miserable, this show is the perfect schadenfreude tonic."
Includes the commercials!!

"4 generations watched this together and we all enjoyed it. I especially liked seeing the old commercials from that time. I really miss variety shows. I wish they would rerun all the classic specials like this, Andy Williams, Osmonds etc."
A fun-filled show that is a must have for Judy Garland fans!

"I love the music in this show! There are so many classic songs as well as one's I have never heard before, but are now some of my favorites. Very fun film to watch and/or listen to while putting up the tree or wrapping some gifts! Very fun show!"
