Movie Reviews

Wow hasn't this already been released a few times before!!!

"Love Led Zeppelin. Hate these stupid "Critical Review" movies / films / whatever they are. These types of DVDs are just complete rip offs for fans of the band. They normally have nothing to do with the band and just have no name people talking about the songs, history, their opinions etc. Sometimes they may throw in small amounts of footage, clips of songs. If this is really "Led Zeppelin on Led Zeppelin" I suspect that it is just a bunch of cobbled clips from various sources and that Zeppelin didn't actually film anything for this release. It seems like this garbage is recycled over and over again and I will never fall for it again, after purchasing something like this before.

Oh but wait this is a DVD and a book that surley hasn't been done before! :

(see ~ Inside Led Zeppelin 1968-1980 (2005)which I review more fully).

Oh but this is a critical review too! (see ~ Led Zeppelin Music in Review (2006) and ~The Ultimate Review (2006)

Oh but lame people with no connection to zeppelin talking about the band has never been done before either, right?! (see ~ On the Rock Trail: Led Zeppelin (Unauthorized) (2006) and ~ A to Zeppelin - The Unauthorized Story of Led Zeppelin (2004)

I'm sure you picked up on my sarcasm above. Just remember folks, never by anything that has "Critical Review" or "Unauthorized" in the title and you should be good. If people stop buying this stuff hopefully the makers will realize that the fans can't be fooled anymore and they won't bother. Lets all hope for that. Zero Stars! BAH!"
