This is very good for young viewers of anime. The villians are more laughable than scary. The heroes are all brave, even the comic relief one. No blood or deaths. The fight scenes are entaining enough to keep children's interest while safe enough that parents need not worry.

An Entertaining Look At The Gaming Universe In Anime
Rich | CA | 01/21/2010
(5 out of 5 stars)

"This would probably be more entertaining or a feel of nostalgia for us people who grew up in the mid 80's early 90's when the U.S. was making cartoons on almost all gaming characters like the Mario Brothers to Zelda and if you've seen those shows when they aired or bought them on dvd than this funny and entertaining series is a great add on for your collection. There's not to much story plot with the series itself as expected the basic jist of is that the main boss villain of the gaming world has come into the real world to try and reign over all and as the hero's of the gaming world find out they decide to of course stop this evil plot from happening. The voice cast for the Japanese cast were great and while most of the English dubbing cast were pretty good a few you could do without which was a little surprising as these actors/actresses have done really great on their other roles so this might have been one of their earlier projects in the voice acting career and while the animation isn't up to par with what we've seen in the last ten years it's still very decent. The series is very slapstick with nothing to be taking seriously so if you're a drama or dark storyline anime fan who dislikes the lighter series than this will not be for you but I still say just try checking a few episodes out and see for yourself regardless you might just get a kick on how entertaining the series really is."
