"I picked up this DVD thinking it would help my daughter (who is 2) learn some new movements, and body awareness. I was instead, horrified at the host of this DVD who is probably clinically insane. she speaks in a horrifically high pitched sing-song voice - it is like nails on a chalkboard! this is so dumbed down, I don't even want my daugher listening to it. I am sorry to report that I cannot give an opinion on whether it is a good instructional video - I cannot get past the voice and mannerisms of the host, nor the fact that her skin is a bizarre shade of orange. there is even a segment where this stuffed rabbit which "talks" in Anita's voice gushes about how "wonderful" Miss Anita is. you have not experienced Hell until you've heard this woman sing "point, flex, BUUUNNY EARS!!" 3 or 4 dozen times in a row.it is really awful! instead, I recommend "Yoga For The Kid in All of Us". it is a little annoying from an adult viewpoint, but not dumbed down and teaches body awareness very well."
