What she says in this PBS DVD is that we can bring joy to others and strengthen our bonds with others by doing simple, creative things in our everyday lives. The idea seems obvious once you get it (like The Secret), but unlike The Secret, Sandra's message is about GIVING TO OTHERS, and not getting "everything you have ever wanted."
