Movie ReviewsA must for every parent or grandparent... kids love it!!! E. Parkinson | Los Angeles, CA | 03/31/2005 (5 out of 5 stars) "This is such a clever program for having the insight to make learning manners FUN for kids. The gimmick of using the adults as the "bad examples" is quite funny and really hits home for the kids when they see the absurdity of bad behavior in a variety of settings. I showed this to four tough neighbor kids (all about 12-years old), and they loved it, all wanting their own copies! The next day, I saw two of them cleaning up a knocked-over trash can... which is a 180-degree change in prior behavior! Is Mind Your Manners to credit for turning rough kids into little angels? That's my theory! Check it out!" Fun and Informing Bracy_Girl | Sunny Florida | 04/18/2007 (5 out of 5 stars) "Based on the cover of the DVD I was reluctant to purchase it. I did not know exactly what to expect watching it for the first time today. It was a bit cheesy in the beginning and throughout certain parts of the DVD but then again...it is made for children ages 5-12. I am planning to show this to my students and teach each segment separately after we talk about it, model it and hopefully instill these good habits in their lives! As a bonus...I had also learned a few etiquette tips myself! It is well worth the few dollars I spent purchasing it from a private seller off Amazon." Very Cute, and the kids really love it. Melanie Winters | Vancouver, BC | 11/07/2005 (5 out of 5 stars) "Clever lyrics, bouncy songs, catchy melodies... it's all part of an ingenious way to secretly teach kids about manners while they're having fun. It works! Check it out!" Didn't like the attitude Oksana Germakovski | Syracuse, NY | 06/15/2008 (2 out of 5 stars) "I didn't watch the whole thing. In the table manners section I didn't like the suggested attitude - feeling superior to those who lack manners, looking for mistakes other might make and discussing them very negatively. Even though it's done for the sake of learning, I wouldn't want my children to adopt this attitude. This by itself is not good manners."
