Movie Reviews

Very well done
Pete C. | Virginia | 08/13/2008

"O.A.R. is one of the best groups you've never heard of. This concert DVD was very well produced from camera to sound. It really captures the event from both the stage and the audience - lots of enthusiasm and energy. O.A.R.'s music is at once infectious, happy, and sometimes haunting,,, almost addictive as the concert goes on. One could say the music is simple and sometimes repetitive, but there is enough musical variation and solos to keep it interesting throughout. Very enjoyable,,,, I've watched/listened countless times already."
Phenomenal

"Love O.A.R. always have. Have had the CD set for a while caught some of this on Paladai, but it was cut and shortened. Contrary to some one who ranked it one star and states it's VHS quality, I fail to see even one iota of truth to that. They must have been watching it on a Non HD TV and with poor sound. I have a 52" LCD 120HZ Samsung with an Onkyo Receiver and Speaker. It looks great, sounds even better, and I feel the cinematography is very good for a live concert video. For O.A.R. not being a "weekly top 10" popularity type group, this BD (NOT DVD) is a treat to fans, and very reasonably priced for a BD. You won't be disappointed."
Fantastic performance.

"I love O.A.R., and this was one of their best concerts I've seen! The sound was fantastic, as well as the over all performance. The incredibly quality really makes the concert much more amazing. If you're a fan of O.A.R., this is a great disc to own. It's definately something I watch over and over."
Best Concert I'v seen

"One of the best concerts I have ever seen. The energy from the band and the audience is electrifying. When the camera cuts to the audience and you see the audience enjoying the songs and dancing in the aisle it reminds you of the zest and zeal of the roots of Rock N' Roll when it first started back in the 50s'. The camera work and audio are excellent, the only down is during "Heard the World", you can hear when the FOH (Front of House) engineer increased the volume as to cause some feedback, but he quickly remedies the problem. Before the release of the DVD, I would have thought that they would have cleaned that up to get rid of it, but it does not take away from the concert and still gets 5 stars from me; again an excellent concert."
