"Truly a mecca, truly.
The main live show is a lot of fun, with pre-show antics, after show antics, and a full set with songs from "The Guest," "Self-Titled," a b-side (The Galleria) and a cover of Fugazi's The Waiting Room.
This is the full experience, EVERY phantom planet show is this fun, they're not faking for the camera, yo.
There is a second show that takes place in Japan which includes the b-side for "Stiffs," a wicked song indeed. Absolute insanity.
The special features are a real treat, with footage from their first show (shudders), and a photo book from ex-member Jacques Brautbar. Both are a nice treat, because it's a recognition of where they came from, not just where they are.
Fan goodies include submitted photos and clips of live shows, and clips previously released only on the fanclub site.
It's no lie, there are more than three hours of rock on this DVD. I recommend it for anybody who would like to know every minor detail of Phantom Planet. No corner is left unscathed!
BONUS: spelling errors aplenty!!!!"
