"First off I should admit I'm a huge fan of the Pontani Sisters stage show. With or with out Los Straightjackets, whom they are doing a Christmas tour with as I write this. the Pontanis never fail to bring a smile to the audience member's faces. When not touring they teach Go Go Robics at New York's Crunch Gym. This is not your typical arobics video. For one the sisters are wearing white go go boots, adorable costumes and full make-up. Secondly the movements you learn are retro dance moves instead of the same old boring arobics class moves. Last but not least the video is just plain old fun. As well as the Go Go Robics the Pontani Sisters included an Italian cooking class and two music/dance videos. The cooking class alone is well worth the price. The Food Network or maybe Comedy Central should take notice because the young women can cook plus they seem to have more fun in the kitchen then Wolfgang or Emeril. Admittedly it doesn't have the highest productions standards of the big budget
arobics or cooking videos but it more than makes up for it with humor and heart. If you aren't a Pontani Sisters fan you will be by the time you finish watching."
Great for parties

"The great thing about this DVD is that it's fun even when you're not using it to work out. Put it on with the sound turned off in the background at a party, and you'll soon see your guests trying out the moves. The DVD contains three music videos, a workout, a "five minutes of fun" shortened dance instruction bit, and a cooking segment with the girls cooking family favorite recipes. The production values aren't the greatest, but add to the homegrown charm of the disc. Keep an eye on the clocks during the kitchen segment and you'll know what I mean. As a workout, it takes a bit of practice! My sister and I ran through the Five Minutes of Fun, and we were able to follow along pretty well, but our moves needed a lot of polish. I won't be dancing at Dante's any time soon, but it's a great way to get moving."

"I've been a fan of the sisters for some time, I catch as many live shows as I can and they never fail to amaze. With Go Go Robics II, they go far beyond the call of duty - they've added a cooking segment where they dish us family kitchen secrets, as well as music videos and a bigger dance instructional section. I love these girls for being the nutty, gorgeous trail blazin ladies that they are! Raise a glass to the sisters and buy this video- you have never ever seen anything like it before!
