I would've given this movie only a half a star but I gave it 2 because the only good part of this movie was John Goodman and the last 30 minutes. Kevin Smith makes the best comedies and romantic comedies but his thrillers are so weird, dark and disturbing. This was one of the worst movies I've ever seen. The first half of the movie was so boring because the whole time it's just a guy preaching to his family. The last 30 minutes is where it got good. At the very end it was so confusing that I had to google the plot synopis so figure it out. Not a winner.
