"I tried this DVD several weeks ago. I didn't expect much as always, but I know I have a fear of water (specifically I feel water cannot hold me afloat at all) which cannot be explained by any family member that I may have had a bad experience. I concentrated on that as well as help to move past some ruts in my life.
Intro - (4 min) As with many of his past DVDs, Steve Murray takes the time to explain things both verbally himself, or now an off-screen male announcer w/text on screen w/quick explanation of anything to do with using the dvd.
Past Life Session Defined - (3 min) Explains thins such as past lives, reincarnation, death-birth cycle, the veil, deja vu, Akashic plane & records, if past lives are real, what to expect, how it works, psychic debris & how it effects health, past life session & etc.
Visual or Non-visual - (1 min) if you are able to picture things in your mind, or that you will sense things in other ways.
Past Life session guidelines -(13 min) Explaining all the steps from start to finish of what goes on during the session: about entering & leaving the Akashic plane, asking for help from spiritual beings, visualizing healing/energy through the body, etc. to the end of the session w/the announcer & w/an actor in a chair being a model, when the male actor is peering into his past life, it shows an example w/two actresses in which one dies (simple stage acting).
Points to Remember - (1 min) reminders
Past Life Step by Step - (3 min) Doing the session w/the same video of the actor & the two actresses & the announcer telling you & text saying what step you are on & guiding what you should concentrate on.
Guiding a Past Life Session - (3 min) How to guide others through a session w/male announcer & Steve with the actor in the chair showing how to guide.

Bonus: 20 min part of the music (nature sounds, piano & subtle percussion) & windows media player graphics style of the "Fear & Stress Relief using your unconscious mind" w/text about what subliminal messages are in the music as an intro.

I actually used the 13 min explanation portion thinking that was the part I should meditate with. It was annoying with all the talking, but I got used to drowning him out except when I wanted to know if I needed to do anything. Then I realized I started too soon, but was glad as the 3 min session seemed too short. I did visualize a pier/harbor? adjacent to a semi-large town, outfits suggesting late 1800s?, but that was it. I actaully ended up half asleep a while longer, wanting to stay in that state though I didn't "see" anything else, but it was very late at night as well, so it could be I was just sleepy, but yet I didn't want to go to bed yet.
I didn't think anything had happened. But several days later, I was doing better w/getting things done I was avoiding & doing better on my diet suddenly, willpower not even needed. I haven't tried out the phobia as I haven't been near any water large enough to test it. After a week or so, I did slide back, so I will try more.

All in all, I am a skeptic too, but I do believe we know the answers in our heart, though the hardest thing is to face our own demons. If this helps one to calm the mind (which we all need), and practice meditation, or at least start by using this, then that alone is great. We all have different tastes/opinions, so it's rare to have one item that everyone embraces, but if this can help start one on the path to introspection, etc. then that is all that is needed."

Excellent dvds

"I have all of Steve Murray's books and DVDs and left a few reviews. But this DVD trilogy did not disappoint me, all three are excellent. What's notable about the DVDs is Steve teaches you how to perform a Past Life, a Soul Retrieval and a Negative Psychic Cord session for yourself, and he also shows you how to guide another person through a session. If you are into this genre of healing, then I recommend all three DVDs."

Excellent set for removing Negative Influences!!

"I have recently received these 3 DVDs and was very excited by the explicit step by step way that Steve Murray teaches how to remove the Negativity that I couldn't seem to shake. He explains what to do and why. I can overcome these burdens and be more fulfilled and Happy!!

"Steve's set of books and the two DVD's that go along with his Reiki Master program are invaluable for the Reiki Practitioner. The Reiki Master Attunement DVD gave me a true attunement, enhancing my healing abilities. Steve's books, Reiki the Ultimate Guide, Ultimate Guide Vol 2, Ultimate Guide Vol 3, Ultimate Guide Vol 4, and Reiki Beliefs Exposed For All are fabulous and filled with a wealth of information.
