"Not a bad documentary, a bit "groovy" at times (Hells' Angels?) but some good information, interviews with historical re-enactment groups, good footage of places set out as they were in the times, many interviews with experts and lots of re-creation (e.g a dark ages boat reconstructed by enthusiasts and taken out to seas - they went to a lot of effort).

Quite worth watching if you are interested in these topics.
