This is a wonderful movie at Christmas or any time. Naomi Judd plays a school music teacher who is informed there is no funding for her job any longer.Right before Christmas. She manages to do the Christmas program with a sad heart, but the townspeople back her up.This is a 10 out of 10 movie. Naomi JUdd is a compassionate and kind actress.

This is a Feature Films For Families DVD. I remember it being a pretty good film, as well as being able watch it with the whole family. To save a school from closure, Cal Peterson must close all unessential classes and programs, including a music program that is the heart of a community. His determination to do the right thing is tested when he has to fire the program's beloved music teacher, with whom he's fallen in love.
