Movie Reviews

Trust these reviews, don't ignore them!

"I made the 'fatal' mistake of ignoring the reviews for the cover and name of this DVD.
First of all, the video quality is below poor. Actual racing scenes were mostly filmed with amateur handycams. Most of the time, the cars racing are totally anonymous, its impossible to figure the make/model or even color for that matter.
Many minutes pass by as you wait for something to happen, and then, suddenly, nothing happens at all. For instance, you see a motorcycle heating it's tires up for a drag... you watch this for about 2-3 minutes, and then, another motorcycle comes up, and does the same thing. I actually watched the same motorcycle heat up 3 times and head to the start line, and do nothing. It's not as if that guy didn't race, they just didn't think the racing part was valuable enough to include in the DVD.
You see a guy with a fishing hat start about 20-30 races, but you have absolutely no idea what cars were racing.
Well, I'd normally say "Ok, forget the racing part, lets see the girls," well, unfortunately, that part is as equal as the racing scenes. You see a few contests (we counted 3 girls good enough to watch (from out of 4 DVDs), and some show girls who pose for the camera, and try to keep that pose for 2 minutes as the film rolls--very awkward to see.
You only get the complete specifications of ONE car, well, actually two, but to quote the second car's owner: "...and some engines mods." (obviously a setup).
It was by far the worst spent $30 on DVDs.Buy any other DVD, I guarantee full satisfaction. At least you wont spend 2 hours of your life fast-forwarding through meaningless low quality scenes."
