(Again: credit goes to the official Therion website for this).
I was lucky enough to attend one of their live shows when they were here in America and I can't wait to own this set for posterity.
PS: the official website indicates May 5th as the release date, Amazon has it for a June 13th release. The May 5th date could be just for Europe, I'll keep my fingers crossed that this item will be released on May 5th here in the States too. Finally as one might expect this is gonna be a pricey set, but hopefully (as always) Amazon will give us a great deal on it, way below MSRP. Thanks. "

"Just wanted to let all the Therion fans out there know that this massive DVD/CD box set is $46.79 + shipping from their official website, but is $33 with FREE shipping from Amazon. A MUCH better deal. And, also according to the website, the release date HAS been pushed back to June 13. But what's an extra month for a collection such as this, eh?
Another interesting tidbit: the black t-shirt with the artwork from the DVD cover, in sizes up to XXL, can be ordered from their website as well."
Love the band, not this DVD

"I was turned on to Therion not too long ago, and have already snagged three of their albums. I absolutely love the band. I am a full fledged fan of their music. The mix of opera, classical music and metal is superb. This 6 disc DVD set, regrettably, is not. Disc 1 of their concert in Mexico City was mixed rather poorly, and is a weak substitute to their studio versions. For reasons the band explains, it's shot at the beginning of their tour, and it shows. The chemistry between the band members is absent, and everyone tiptoes around the choir as if they're the proverbial elephant in the room. And it pains me to say this. I truly wanted to love this concert. Disc 2 is something you'll glance over once, and probably never see again. Repeated songs from Discs 1 and 3, poor navigation, marginal interest. Disc 3 has a relatively short, but worthwhile, recording of their show at Wacken (to me, it's the highlight of the entire package). Disc 4 ... hmm, just my opinion, but don't bother. The band even halfway apologizes for the quality of the recordings. Discs 5 and 6 are audio versions of this and that from the first 4. Honestly, a full 1 DVD disc of a concert similar to Wacken, and I'd be the first to shout from the rooftops that this is amazing. Six discs .... too much, not enough. Again, the band I adore. This package, I do not."
Exellent!

"Lots of reviews here. None of them actually describe the product, so here goes:
It is packed full of value with four DVD's and two CD's. Obviously you probably already heard all the stuff in it, recording of their album, countless live shows from the Lemuria/Sirius b world tour, historical footage from all previous world tours, all of the music video's Therion has ever made etc. All of the material is great.
The best part to me were the two live audio CD's which were of fantastic quality. The old songs they played live sounded much better than the originals and the newer songs were just as good. though the live cds are heavier than the normal studio tracks. The whole set is a must have for any therion fan, and really a great introduction to anyone who is unfamiliar with therion."
Awsome set

"The other reviewers cover everything about the boxed set. All I can say is that it is more than worth every penny it costs. Inserted in the set was a booklet put together by Christopher Johnsson which goes into detail what is on the disks as well as the many adventures the band went through in the years they struggled for recognition. This makes it more interesting to watch the clips and know the history behind them. I think they did an outstanding job putting this together."
