Poor production, crappy workout, creepy backing member

"Worst workout DVD I have ever purchased! I would return it if I could but the shop I got it from does not take back opened DVDs :-(
What I particularly hate about this DVD is one of the backing members, some lady in red called Anna, who is continually on the wrong foot, missing cues, out of sync with everyone else, not doing the moves correctly, getting in the instructor's way and is just plain creepy. She keep wiggling her hips and touching herself like she is in a Carmen Electra workout with an expression on her face like she thinks she is top stuff. Yuk. She is really distracting, so I can only do the workout if I go out of my way not to look at her. Unfortunately they cut to close up shots of her every now and then so I can't just block her out, so I have not done this workout a second time yet.
The DVD is made up of two 20-minute workouts - aerobics and weights training (which both contain Anna). The aerobics workout is alright for getting the heart rate up a little but the weights workout is pretty lousy - basically made up of a bunch of biceps and triceps exercise - hardly a 'total training circuit'.
Overall, very disappointing and a waste of money."

"The workout is quite short - 20 minutes - and you have to really put a lot into it if you want a halfway decent workout. I guess it would be good for somebody who had never done any aerobics before and wanted to start really slow. I'm glad I'm not the only one who found one of the ladies (Anna) quite strange to say the least (see M. Brisbane's review). I've done this DVD about 3-4 times now in the past 3 years, and I doubt it will ever get played again."
