Movie Reviews

It's alright

"This is one of those cheesy classics from the 70's. I enjoyed it somewhat.
Basically to sum it up...A group of people growing dope get dusted with a chemical meant to kill their crop. They turn into flesh eating zombies and try to kill campers in the same area.
It was alright, it didn't take too long to get to the juicy parts. Although, in my opinion it is NOT worth the Amazon price of 21.00. I'd probably pick it up for 5.00 maximum."

"So you didn't think it could possibly get any worse than Zombie Lake or Oasis of the Zombies? Neither did I. That is until I saw this, Toxic Zombies.

A group of hippies are secretly growing a field of marijuana out in rural middle-of-nowhere, that is until the government finds out and sends a plane to cropdust their stash with a deadly pesticide. Unfortunately the pesticide has an undesirable side effect of turning anyone exposed into zombies, who then roam the woods dispatching of a few campers, etc.

This, ladies and gentleman, is what we call "unwatchable". Toxic Zombies is the grim result of a group of friends heading out to the woods for a weekend to make a "movie" armed with a camera, a tube of stage blood, and a LOT of weed. It is not even enjoyable in a low budget or campy sense, it is quite literally a complete waste of time. Anyone with even a shred of intelligence would find this deplorable.

Toxic Zombies is one strictly for the brave, masochistic, or very very bored."
