Bolam | La Mesa, CA USA | 04/09/2007 (4 out of 5 stars) "What I like about this box set is, they took the best of the old footage from the war years and stripped off and replaced the entire sound track. This allowed for much more creative editing of the video producing a very new and refreshing telling of an admittedly old story. Something I wish other productions would embrace.
The new view holds your interest and doesn't get bogged down in matters typical of older issues. The detail it does go into is interesting and refreshing. A nice addition to any WWII collection. William Bolam" |
