Looked fun and big fan of John C. Reilly but the concert was canceled!

Very funny movie - laugh out loud funny. Can't remember laughing so much from a movie in a long time. Dumb, tongue-in-cheek humor but loved it. Plus the stars kept coming, one name after another just kept popping up. Good movie.

A hilarious and clever send up of American music biographies - largely a parody of Johnny Cash's life, but also with elements of Brian Wilson's, and some friendly swipes at the Beatles, Bob Dylan, and others.

My Christmas Gift of 2008. A movie with layer after layer of

"Around the sixth time I experienced this movie I realized I was watching a very accurate satirical film about the history of popular music from 1950 to today. That was just one of the many pleasurable sighting in a brilliant film, that hopefully, and has all the characterizations to become a modern party classic, to later be used as an educational tool, representing anyone age 45 to 70's memory of the way it was growing up.

In addition, here are actors as you've never imagined them before. Moreover was the surprise of a completely new embodiment of John C. Reilly. This is not your Chicagos' Reilly; this is a very sexy, talented guy. Who knew?

With a stellar cast of faces, you'll recognize, and talent that will move you, this investment won't sit on the shelf. Only a few movies stand the test of time. Here's one that I believe will never grow old.

Bound to Become a Cult Classic

"Why this film didn't do better at the box office, I'll never know. If you enjoyed Spinal Tap, then you should certainly enjoy this film. You'll enjoy it more if you have a general knowledge of the history of rock 'n roll, since some of the gags run pretty deep. I hardly ever buy videos, preferring to move on to something I haven't seen, but I expect to enjoy this one over and over for years to come. I was shocked that the title song didn't receive an Academy Award nomination for best song."
