I typically go for much more intense workouts, but this was a fun dance workout for me. You get your ab work not through situps, but through dance moves that involve crunching your upper body while dancing. There's even a section on the DVD to show how the workout moves can be used for actual dancing. I found this cute, not especially challenging, and probably a good entry workout for someone who's just getting started into fitness.
