I won't lie - I bought the DVD for the eye candy, but was surprised that the workout section of the video was extremely well-done. Rusty has clearly taken care of his body, and he knows his stuff. I found it very inspiring! The gratuitous footage of him swimming and lounging under a waterfall is great, too (but be warned - this section of the video is quite short - the majority of the video is a serious workout video.) Plus, Rusty is a bit of a cornball, and it's quite endearing. The overall video quality is clearly more low-budget than other workout videos you might get (random guys wandering in the background of the workout, cheesy music track) but for those interested in workout techniques, this is very informative and inspiring.
