I LOVE INSANITY!!!! This is truly the hardest workout program ever put on DVD! I did a hybrid version of INSANITY and P90X3 and got great results!

Tough workouts that get results. I don't like that Shaun T doesn't give you a lot of heads- up on which moves follow which, and with 12 discs, it can get difficult to remember which routine you are working. Overall, a great cardio fat-blaster with body weight muscle sculpting set. If you follow the eating plan, I am sure your results would be even better (I eat pizza and drink beer!). Lots of plyometric moves and fast fast movements: not for people with joint issues or beginners. Great workout, more accessible than P90X, harder than Jillian's 3-2-1 system. Only bummer is that even though my swap copy was brand new in box (!) some of the DVDs still skip and have damage :(
