"These are not new dvds, they are previous released dvds, from a couple years back. Be forwarned, you may already have these, if you have been doing her dvds for a while. For a newcomer, this would be a great buy, or for someone that doesn't yet have all her dvds. I gave it four stars, because there is nothing new here, and everytime I tried to find out more about this dvd, there was no info.

Leslie Sansone should put on her dvds PREVIOUS RELEASES, so people won't be duped into buying it again. I should take 2 stars off, because I find it deceptive, but for those who know her work, they should be able to read it, and know. But for some reason, Amazon doesn't show the back cover, to let you know what you are buying!

My note: Super Challenge - 4 mile -this is from one of her walk away the pounds express, super challenge workouts, purple cover. It is 60 minutes.

My note: you need a strechy band for this workout.

If you purchase her other new release all these workouts are on the dvd with an extra workout too...it's called...Leslie Sansone, Walk Away The Pounds, FAT BURNING MILES, FOUR COMPLETE WORKOUTS, it is newly released too. It has the same exercises on it as this one, with the exception of having a extra workout on it, called Walk Strong, which also is a previous released dvd. So that one would be a much better buy than this one, and it's the same price, and comes with a stretchy band.

Good buy if you don't own her dvds,you don't have to purchase 3 or 4 seperate dvds, and it will save you a ton of money, but be carefully, some of her newer releases are all the same!"
