Movie Reviews

Okay, but could be much better

"This video is only about a half hour long. It seems too short for a decent instruction session. It basically goes through one complete therapy session, and that is it.

There is barely any meaty information given towards the history of the practice, or the true meanings of the zones and reflex points.

And just an irk, more or less, but the instructor looked as if she was constantly looking at cue cards for her speach. Either that, or shes got wavy eyes, but either way it just bugged me lol

I personally would recommend finding something by the nature journey series, such as:

i found that one much more interesting and instructional. More beneficial in other words."
