I was sorely disappointed in this DVD. My husband has been looking for a (mens) weight lifting and exercise DVD to help him with his routine - one without the scantly dressed woman included in it. Surly he would be able to find it in this Men's health DVD. NOT!
This was worse than the rest. The camera focused on the female and her boobs more than the exercise instructor!!! The question is, why was there even a female in this video? My husband asked me to send it back. I guess, for him and maybe other guys, it was more about sexual attraction than exercise - which is how this DVD is set up.

Perfect for quick at home workouts

"So far I've used the video a few times and I have to admit it is a great way for me to squeeze in a workout at home! I would recommend getting it if you have very little time and just need to do something when you have the chance!"
Almost 15 minutes

"The intention of the producer is to provide one with a 15 minute workout. The problem is a significant portion of the time is spent explaining the routine.
Therefore, repeated viewings need to be fast forwarded past this replication. Otherwise, IMHO, all exercise videos have an up side."
Better than expected

"Let's face it: in a 15 minutes workout, you'll never look like the guy on the cover!
But if you're kind of out of shape and want to improve the way you look and the way you feel, this DVD will help you.
Do it every other day, alternating between "a better burn" and "jump on it", and I am almost positive that you'll see results within a few weeks. Not only results in the way you look (which is always nice) but mostly in your fitness level and the way you feel.
The audio/video quality of this DVD is very good and the instructor too.
As I said, do it 3-4 times a week, watch your diet if you need to, and by 6-8 weeks you should see improvements in your fitness level and the way your body looks."
