"I am 48 yrs old. have had serious health proplems, but continue to exercise and try my best to stay fit. I found this video to be on a good fitness level for me. I am so tired of trying to work out at levels that are too fast paced and are geared toward very fit 20 year olds. It is constantly discouraging. This program is realistic and encouraging in terms of difficulty,time commitment and attainable goals."

"I haven't exercised in years. This DVD has a series of calisthenics that are not too difficult but give you a firmer feel the next day. The instructor is clear and encouraging. I returned mine because the DVD wouldn't respond to the commands on the remote control. I am going to try again with another copy."

"It was easy to get back into excercising and bottom line is it works for me. I agree with other reviews that he doesn't explain the excercise before he does it. Also, the camera work is not great as they show an excercise from the waist up only to then back away and you see what your legs are supposed to be doing. After the first few times you know though and this work out does work."

"I'm 55 years old and also have trouble with bouncy workouts aimed at 20 year old women. I take this DVD with me on trips and play it on my computer. It is easy to get a full body workout in the hotel room in a reasonable amount of time. I don't generally use it at home because I have many that are more challenging. But I do work up a sweat and feel that I've had a good workout when I am confined to a hotel.
I was glad to see that someone else didn't like the quality of the DVD -- it skips and stalls. But for the price, I'm VERY happy with it. I don't leave home without it!"
