"After seeing the info commercial about the video I was ready to order but with a price tag of 59.99 + shipping on the website promoting the video I checked and found the 2 dvd set on Amazon for only 17.99! True it doesn't have the booklet and additional soundtrack but who cares? I love it! I am overweight and 50 and would of prefered to see a few other similar bodytypes. They were all young and skinny but what the heck, they make you feel young. I did have to alter it slightly to my abilities but even the 20 minute intro tape is a great workout. I highly recomment this for anyone tired of boring aerobic tapes."
Could've been beter...

"I bough this tape in the hope of being motivated by something different. I was surprised that the dance moves were actually pretty good. However, the lack of good music to put the moves to quickly de-motivated me and a couple times I actually found myself turning it off before the segment was done. This would be a good video for beginners, or for people who don't mind doing funky dance moves to a soundtrack that consists of mainly steve talking and elevator music."

"This video comprises of four seperate workouts. The first workout is twenty minutes that goes by fast. This video makes you feel like you are dancing at a club with your friends. For people like myself that have always been inspired by popular dance moves that will work with the latest music this video is for you. When you start off, the moves are done slowly and are eay to learn and then they are put together in a dynamic routine. You feel like your not getting a workout, but by the end you find it hard to believe you are sweating."
I can actually DANCE with this workout!

"I was skeptical when I purchased this DVD. Darrins Dance Grooves left me feeling like a dance loser. Not this workout. First of all... it is a true cardio workout. You will sweat and burn calories and fat. Additionally, Steve Hood breaks down each dance step, repeats it slow a few times and at speed a few more times, then takes it all from the top. He names his dance moves and verbally coaches you through the routine every time. It is so easy to actually DANCE with this DVD. Last, it really is a fun workout. I actually look forward to and enjoy working out with this DVD. My only complaint is that sometimes the music will change while you are in the middle of dancing through the routine and it can throw off your groove a bit. But that little annoyance is worth the benefits of this truly great dance workout."
