This was a horrid exercise video. If I could, I would give it zero stars. You realize immediately that there is a problem with the routine when Tracy explains that she will be instructing the video with her back to us-"Are you kidding me?" It is impossible to follow her complicated steps when you are unable to see what she is doing. I have taken modern dance for years, and in my opinion this dvd is not instructional at all; it is merely a dance routine that she choreographed for herself and decided to market as a "fitness" dvd. Do not waste your money on this dvd unless you enjoy frustration!

This workout seems like it would be good - if I could figure out how to do it! There are several dance sequences, and Tracy sort of explains how to do each one. But there are many moves involved in each, and every dance sequence is different. I found it difficult to remember all of the steps, especially because when the workout actually begins, there are no instructions or ques - it's basically just Tracy Anderson dancing around a room, and you're expected to keep up with her.
I was really excited to dive into the workout when I first received this, but quickly became discouraged when I realized that I'd have to spend almost an hour just watching the tutorials before I can even start to sweat. What a buzz kill.
