I thought it was a good cardio routine. Pretty much what you expect from a Turbo Jam cardio party routine. It's about 50 minutes of workout time and you'll definitely be exhausted by the end! I have done the original cardio party workout that is included in the 5 workout set and I always enjoy it, so it was nice to do another routine like that with some new music and combos. I hope to get my hands on the cardio party remix and the mix #2 eventually, too. Turbo jam is always a good time!

I normally love Turbo Jam. Chalene is amazing, the music and moves are fun and there is always someone showing how to adjust the moves to be easier. This workout is much different then the usual Cardio Party dvds. This one is much much harder. I also noticed some repetitiveness in the workout more then I was expecting. Least favorite Turbo Jam workout. I tried it several times, but just couldn't get into it.
