This DVD, as pictured, in an outer case that looks like a medical record chart. Lots of extras: inside cover reads "Psychiatric Report" that continues inside the front cover, four sheets inside, Police Department report that indicates how to play movie, Condition of Admission, Mental Health Battery Test, and a blank notepad sheet. Inner cover lifts up, as a notepad would, to get to the 2 discs. No upc. 2 cr UPC is fine, but I do not have the CD to the set, contains only the DVD. The CD alone new is listed at $29, and the set at $74 on Amazon--although you can get a replacement CD basically for the cost of shipping. From a review: "This music does not appeal to everyone but if you have ever listened to a Madrigals concert or sang in one you will love these songs. Sting is ever the school teacher in this venture and you can tell he is enjoying it. The album Songs From The Labyrinth has stayed #1 on the Classical charts for quite some time.
