I found this to be quite good, liked the exercises, some different ones thrown in, which is nice, as I have been exercising for many years. Need a switch to work muscles differently. I did the 20 minute arm workout...definitely worked my arms, liked how three different options were given, three levels to do the exercise, and for the first time I, who usually can make it through most any workout...could not. Had to stop. So liked that it was challenging, and I have improvement to maked Followed with the 20 minute ab workout, also liked, different ways to work it, had cardio thrown in, so although focusing on one body part, she did not forget the rest of the body, and worked it, too. Definitely will be doing again!!
