Definitely increases heart rate, but couldn't find any interpretation of "simple actions inspired by modern and traditional dance steps" as mentioned in the review. The fun and funky part should have given me a clue. Although I like to dance and think aerobics is fun, I just couldn't get past the funky. Baseball caps turned around as a fashion statement just annoy me, thats a sign of either my age (mid 50's and ex-hippie) or of my narrowing mind perhaps. But again, I don't like going to the mall and being blasted by the music coming from clothing stores aimed at specific age demographics. Sorry for the grump- just wasn't what I expected.

"This aerobics DVD was definitely converted from VHS format. The image is all pixelated, barely in color, and takes place in some freaky room with black tape all over it.
The main girl doesn't look anything like the one on the cover. In fact, it's a completely different person. There are 5 people in the video, all wearing dr. martins (no sneakers or gym wear) and the music is from 1988.
If you for some reason do buy this DVD, there is 1 good part.. the end where the teacher goes CRAZY and starts tap dancing like crazy to this 80's music and everyone circles around her clapping. VERY WEIRD INDEED.
